  • Returns: You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 
  • Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order. 
  • Non-returnable items: Earrings, intimate apparel, or any items marked "Non Returnable" are not eligible for returns.
